How To Build a Creative Lifestyle

Creativity seems to be something that is lost with age. When we are kids we are encouraged to create, paint , draw however as we become adults and life becomes overwhelming and fast paced we seem to loose touch with our daily creative actions. This step by step process will help you recover your creativity for your everyday .


1.Make sure to create something new everyday


Now this doesn't have to be the Mona Lisa. This can be as simple as a meal or a simple drawing, playlist, it can even be something at work. But make sure you have this as a key goal for the day .


2.Experiment with different creative activities


Try out all kinds of creative activities until you fall in love with a few. Try painting, writing, pottery, embroidery, dancing , sewing , DIY projects, cooking . This will allow you to find those creative habits which spark joy within you


3.Schedule your creative habits


Make sure to put your new. creative habits into your schedule to make sure you are guaranteeing actually making them happen. Ideally these creative habits should the simple and take you about 5 min everyday . It can be nice to have a big creative project in mind , where you can do a small action everyday to make it happen
