How To Set Clear Intentional Goals

Goal setting is a very broad word and science. The key to it isn't actually the goal itself but the actions you take towards them. The goal is simple the end reward from a whole set of behind the scenes actions.


  1. Prioritize One clear goal in the different areas of your life (this can be health, family, work and personal )

  2. Set up a clear action plan for how you will achieve that goal through a step by step process . Starting with very simple actions towards those hardest ones that will get you closer

  3. Schedule those actions in your everyday schedule for consistency. The key in achieving the goal is integrating them as part of your everyday routine
