Building positive habits is as important as living and breathing. They really form the base of your everyday activities and can save you in times of stress and grief . Here is a break down of the key steps that can help you identify you positive habits that are right for what you need and your lifestyle


1.Identify the little things that make you happy and bring you energy

This could be as simple as a cup of coffee or as specific as a fig scented candle. What's important is that these things are simple and easy to access. Think food, or things you love to wear or cook.


2. Identify those moments in your everyday that bring out a side to you that you don't like .


This can be eating a particular food or talking in a particular way , try and consider what triggers these moments and how you can replace them with positive alternatives


3. Create a schedule where you fit in your happy moments


The best way to actually start implementing your positive habits is to actually schedule them. That way to have no way of escaping them and you know you can actually implement them .
