Journaling exercises (with prompts)



Journaling is one of the best ways to actually start your day. The key to this is to declutter your mind for the day to make your it is free and ready to take on the day, as they say when your thoughts and emotions are written down on paper it is easier to digest.

  1. Brainstorm key associations and words around a key emotion you are feeling

  2. Visualize and describe your ideal feeling

  3. Describe your ideal day from waking up until sleeping

  4. Describe joy and happiness

  5. Write a love letter to yourself

  6. If love was a person how would they be ?

  7. What is important to you and why ?

  8. What are you lacking at the moment ? How can you replace that feeling ?

  9. What advice would you give to your future kids ?
