The beauty of the morning intention

The beauty of a morning routine is the ability to start fresh everyday, to set the scene for your day . I recommend taking at least 10 min to set a clear mood for the day with intentions and meditation.

  1. Identify your key mission for the day (based out of your priority)

  2. Turn your mission into a clear affirmation

  3. Repeat it to yourself several times before starting your day

  4. Followed by a guided visualization of you achieving your mission for the day. Thinking of the key feelings once they are achieved
