Manifestation Exercises

The effectiveness of manifesting starts with actually believing you are already there . Manifesting involves attracting the key aspects you want into your life through energy . The key is to radiate positive energy and be around an environment which seems to be in favor of your desired outcome .


1.Start by writing down a clear description of what you're life will look like when you are already at where you want to be. Or when you have already obtained the things you are desiring . Write it down as it you already had it


2. Set clear mantras and affirmations in the present tense that describe your situation as already being in that state and emphasizing the clear feeling. For example instead of stating " I want to have an amazing morning routine" you should say " I have a clear morning routine and feel calm and grounded"


3.Voice record your affirmations and visualization , and listen to it first thing in the morning or before you go to bed. This will help shift your mindset and get you into this clear energy to attract what you are looking for


4.Avoid a lack mentality. Don't victimize yourself or feel sad because you don't have what are you manifesting, this will only draw you further away from you you truly want. Simple live in a state of abundance and start living as if you have already accomplished that.
