This consists of lying down and consciously going through each part of your body, from your head to your feet and letting go, identifying key tensions and simply observing with out judgement
2.5 step breathing
Breathing in 5 times as well as breathing out helps to regulate the air coming in and out .
3.Sitting down guided meditation
This involves the traditional method of simple sitting down, observing your breathe , using a guided audio I recommend the app insight timer
4.Visualization exercises
This involves yoga Nidra style of meditation where you need a guiding voice to set you in a specific scene and context to visualize a specific scenario
